Steve has held numerous management positions in the Security and Telecommunications Industries in his twenty seven-year career. From 1980 to 1998, Steve served as Installations Manager of North Texas sites for Texas Instruments, Corporate Electronic Security Division. Steve then entered the telecommunications market in 1998 managing accounts for Datatec Systems, and operations for Lanco Systems. He headed the Dallas office of Eagle Broadband managing several national security and telecom accounts before becoming the Low Voltage Operations Manager with WAI-WIZE.

Steve co-founded InTeleSec, an electronic security system integrator headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Carl began working in the security industry in 1972 as a service technician and field engineer. Promoted to project manager in 1975, engineering manager in 1984. Former employers include Texas Instruments, Raytheon and Lockheed/Martin.

Extensive experience in many phases of systems integration projects; from schematic design to the physical installation and technical support of commercial systems.

As engineering manager responsibilities included performing assignments that applied to a wide range of applications, including concurrent engineering, benchmarking, competitive analysis, crisis management, new business development, quality management, safety management, and customer support.

Frank has been in the Electrical world for 35 years. He currently holds a Journeyman's electrical license for the state of Texas.

Frank entered the Electronic Security field in the late 80s working in the Defense Industry for Companies like Texas Instruments and Raytheon where he has been very successful with the installations, integrations and maintaining the sophisticated specialty systems that are required by Government specifications.

Frank won the Customer Satisfaction Award at Texas Instruments in 1992. He is very determined to keep the customer aware and involved with every aspect of there Security needs.

Frank has an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering that he acquired in 1989. Frank is a strong believer that if you take care of your Customer then the Customer will take care of you.

Michael (Mike) is the General Manager of INTELESEC, an electronic security system integrator headquartered in Dallas. He has over fifteen years of progressive Project Management, Quality Assurance and System Administration experience within the fields of digital imaging and Telecommunications.

Previously Mike worked for WAI-WIZE I, LP OraMetrix Inc., J. Driscoll & Associates, Kodak Health Imaging and Northern Telecom. His assignments included Project Management, Quality Assurance Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Software V&V and Systems Administration.
